Refund & Return Policy

At The Fernie Girl, every product is crafted in small batches with care. Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they leave our studio. This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and freshness of every item we send out.

1. No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any skincare products—even if unopened. Please be mindful when ordering and double-check your cart before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We want you to love your order. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at evelyngrace@theferniegirl.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t shipped. After that, we’re unable to make changes.

4. Final Sale Items
All gift cards, sample sizes, promotional items, and sale products are final sale and cannot be refunded or replaced.
